〖摘 要〗综述了城市土壤和大气环境中铅的污染特征及食品和饮水中的铅污染水平,探讨了
人体铅暴露的途径及城市环境铅污染对儿童健康的危害。提出应加强城市环境铅污染的调查
研究,开展人体铅暴露的潜在风险评价,为保证城市居民健康安全提供科学依据。

〖Abstract〗This article summarized the Lead pollution characteristics in the urban soil and air and the Lead contamination level of food and drinking water, and discussed the Lead exposure ways in human body and the urban environment hazards of Lead pollution on the health of children. It suggested that the studies on Lead pollution in urban environment should be strengthened, the potential risk assessment of Lead exposure for human should be improved in order to prove the scientific data for health security of urban residents.

〖篇 名〗沉积物中多氯联苯分析的纯化条件优化研究

〖摘 要〗比较了各种填料层析柱和洗脱液的差别,并根据有机溶剂使用量较少的样品纯化方案,建立了适用低有机质含量水体表层沉积物中不同极性多氯联苯(PCBs)的分析方法。结果表明,该方法检测限在0.11 ng/g~0.35 ng/g(干重)之间,对主要多氯联苯同族体的回收率是77.9%~112.1%。用该法分析了长江中下游水体表层沉积物中的PCBs,质控结果表明,该纯化方法的效果理想。

〖Abstract〗The study developed an effective and economical method for the analysis of PCBs with GC-ECD in surface sediment samples through evaluating the performance of silica gel and Florisil column coupled with different elution solvents with regard to consumption of solvent, sensitivity and limit of detection. The detection limits are in the range of 0.11~0.35ng/g, and recoveries of main PCBs congeners range from 77.9% to 112.1% (average is 86.8%) Finally, PCBs in the surface sediment samples in the low reach of the Yangtze River were analyzed by using the optimized method and the quality control result shows that such method is effective.

〖摘 要〗对长江下游沉积物中的重金属Co、Cr、Cu、Ni、Pb、Zn、Mn、Hg和As进行全量和
醋酸提取态(包括水溶态、可交换态和碳酸盐结合态)分析。结果表明,大部分重金属主要
来源于地壳元素的自然释放,但Cu、Zn、Hg和As在最近十几年因受到人为排放的影响质量
比有所增加。长江江苏段的重金属质量比普遍高于入海口上海段;位于悬浮物易沉降地区的靖江重金属质量比明显偏高。Cu和Zn总体质量比较高,且醋酸提取态所占比例较大,对长江下游存在潜在的生态风险。

〖Abstract〗Surface sediments in lower reach of the Yangtze River, collected in 2004 and 2005, were analyzed for heavy metals including Co, Cr, Cu, Ni, Pb, Zn, Hg and As. The whole concentration and their first fraction (including exchangeable, water and acid soluble phase) of BCR sequential extraction were analyzed using ICP-MS. Results showed that most heavy metals come from natural release of earth element, while increased concentration of Cu, Zn, Hg and As demonstrated anthropogenic inputs. The levels of heavy metals in upper basin were higher than that near the Yangtze estuary. Jingjiang, a deposition zone, showed combined pollution of heavy metals. At last Cu and Zn with both high whole concentration and bioavailability had potential ecosystem risk to lower reach of the Yangtze River.

〖摘 要〗以太河水库主要污染物总氮为控制指标,选用适合于水域水环境特征的水质模型,对水域纳污能力、现状纳污量以及纳污削减量分别作计算。按照研究水域的功能区划和污染源分布与削减状况,分析并确定重点治理污染源,制定总量控制方案。

〖Abstract〗The water capacity, pollutant quantity and cutting load of the Taihe Reservoir were calculated respectively by choosing suitable water quality model for water environment characteristics and making the major pollutant TN to be the controlled index. According to the water functional division and pollution source distribution and reduction, the major pollution source were analyzed and defined and the total amount control plans were presented.

〖篇 名〗静电加速器辐射污染环境监测系统

〖摘 要〗介绍了静电加速器辐射污染环境监测系统的结构与原理,采用合理的布局设置对静电加速器在运转中产生的γ、X和快中子等多种辐射实时监测,并按国际辐射吸收剂量率标准进行辐射污染防护。该系统实际运行效果良好,也适用于其他大范围场地多种辐射的监测。

〖Abstract〗The paper introduced the structures and principle of radiation pollution environmental monitoring system from static electricity accelerator. We can monitor much kinds of radiation ion , such as γ、X、fastneutron and so on, by setting reasonable layout during operation of static electricity accelerator and carried out protection of radiation pollution according to International Radiation Protection Criterion. The system works well in practical operation and it can be applied in many similar places as well.

〖篇 名〗靛红褪色光度法测定废水中苯酚

〖摘 要〗基于KH2PO4-Na2HPO4缓冲介质中,痕量苯酚对高碘酸钾氧化靛红反应有催化作用,建立了测定废水中苯酚的催化动力学方法。优化了试验条件,讨论了缓冲溶液酸度、试剂体积、加热时间和反应温度对试验的影响。方法在0.08 mg/L~2.0 mg/L线性关系良好,检出限为5.3×10-3 mg/L,加标回收率为97.6%~103%,实际样品测定结果与4-氨基安替比林法对照,结果令人满意。

〖Abstract〗Based on cushion material in KH2PO4-Na2HPO4 solution, the trace Phenol has catalysis to KIO4 sepectrophotometric reaction and we constructed the catalysis dynamic method to determine trace phenol in water. This paper optimized experiment condition, discussed the influence such as the acidity of cushion solution, reagent volume, heating time and reaction temperature to the experiment. The linear relation was well with the range of 0.08 mg/L~2.0 mg/L in this method, and the detection limit was 5.3×10-3 mg/L as well as the returnsratio of adding the sign is 97.6%~103%. The method had been applied to determine phenol in water samples with satisfactory results.

〖篇 名〗微波消解-ICP-OES法测定蔬菜中的镉

〖摘 要〗采用微波消解-ICP-OES法测定蔬菜中的镉,选择了最佳微波消解条件,确定了分析线。方法检出限为0.002 μg/L,相对标准偏差为1.1%,加标回收率为100%~104%,与干灰化法作对照试验,测定结果经t检验无显著差异。

〖Abstract〗It was reported in this paper that the microwaveacid digestion technique was used in the ICP-OES determination of Cadmium in vegetables .We determined the analysis level by choosing optimal microwaveacid digestion condition. This method has a checking limit of 0.002 μg/L and the relative standard deviation is 1.1% The respective recovery rate is 100%~104% The results indicate that both the accuracy and degree of precision are high compared with dryashing method.

 石墨炉工作条件,讨论了基体改进剂和微波消解用酸的选择。该方法测定蔬菜中铅和镉的
 检出限为0.002 mg/kg和0.001 mg/kg,RSD为0.1%~4.3%,加标回收率为98.0%~104%。

〖Abstract〗The paper used the microwave dispelgraphite stove atom absorption law to determine the trace amount of Lead and Cadmium in vegetables, optimized procedure of the microwave dispel and working condition of the graphite stove, discussed the substrate improvement medicinal preparation and acidused choice of the microwave dispels. In this method the determination limit of Lead and Cadmium in vegetables is 0.002 mg/kg and 0.001 mg/kg respectively and RSD is 0.1%~4.3% as well as returnsratio of adding the sign is 98.0% ~ 104%.

〖摘 要〗以天然砂作为主要渗滤介质,建立污水处理人工快速渗滤系统(CRI)。分别以洗浴污水、生活污水和受污染河水作为研究对象,在相同的水力负荷条件下,用两种不同的运行方式(定期投配一定量的污水、淹水和落干交替运行)对不同水质的污染物去除效果进行了对比研究。结果表明,通过缩短淹水周期,加大系统淹水和落干的频率,可以明显改善CRI系统的污染物去除效果。

〖Abstract〗Two lab-scales and one on-site Constructed Rapid Infiltration Systems (CRI) have been designed to treat bath wastewater, domestic wastewater and polluted river by using natural sands. At a same hydraulic loading, the removal effect of the CRI system has been studied at two quite different operation pattern(flooding and drying alternate working fashion). The results show that the removal effect of CRI is improved apparently by shortening the flooding period and increasing the flooding and drying alternate working fashion.

〖篇 名〗GSM移动通信基站电磁辐射污染状况研究

〖摘 要〗介绍了GSM移动通信基站系统,指出,在进行GSM移动通信基站环境影响分析时,要注意采样点位的设置和测量要求。现场监测结果表明,GSM移动通信基站对环境电磁辐射水平有一定的影响,特别是对50 m内建筑物影响显著,但绝大多数基站基本符合国家有关电磁辐射环境影响标准的要求,在设备正常运行情况下,不会对周围环境造成电磁辐射污染。〖关键词〗GSM;移动通信基站;电磁辐射;辐射监测
〖Abstract〗GSM mobile communication base system is introduced in the paper and requirement of setup and monitoring of sample collecting places should be paid attention to when developing environmental impact analysis of GSM mobile communication base. With large numbers of local monitoring, the results demonstrate that GSM mobile communication base has some influence to the level of environmental electromagnetic radiation, especially to buildings in the 50 meters around GSM mobile communication base. However, most GSM mobile communication bases accord with requirement of national standard on environmental impact of electromagnetic radiation. There is no pollution from electromagnetic radiation to ambience when the equipment is running normally.

〖摘 要〗阐述了质量控制图在实验室质量控制中的作用和存在的问题,提出应用Visual Basic的界面设计功能,以及MATLAB的计算和图形处理功能,通过在VB中以ActiveX组件方式调用 MATLAB对象的属性和方法,实现质量控制中复杂的数据统计和图表的制作功能。并对《环境水质监测质量保证手册》中的各类质控图进行了实例示范。

〖Abstract〗In this paper, the function and present problem of quality control diagram in the laboratory quality control was discussed. 〖篇 名〗空气自动化监测系统质量控制图的改进

阐述了使用空气自动化监测系统质量控制图时存在的问题,给出了质控图绘制的改进方法。实例证明,改进的质控图可以根据仪器漂移情况确定仪器的校准周期;确定调节限时,根据仪器间的差异,降低仪器的调节限,可使测定结果准确可靠。

〖Abstract〗In this paper, the problem of using automatic air monitoring system for the quality control chart was discussed and improved quality control of the mapping method was present. Examples have shown that the improved quality control chart could determine calibration cycle of the equipment in light of the drift condition. When determining regulatory limit, according to the difference between machines to reduce the equipment's regulatory restrictions, we can acquire more accurate and reliable results.
